Because a plumber having a busy July shouldn't cost more than a plumber having a slow one. Flat rate is the whole point: if the phone rings more, that's your business growing, not your bill. The only pricing dimension we'll ever add is locations — a second shop with its own number will be a second, cheaper add-on, not an overage.

What if I have more than one location?+

Multi-location pricing is coming (think: your second location costs less than your first). If that's you today, leave your email and we'll sort you out directly.

Is there a setup fee?+

No. Setup takes about 10 minutes and there's no separate charge for it.
